Our milestones

For two decades, we have been shaping the future of financial brokerage in Europe.

  1. 2004Credit brokerage launches in Hungary

    DH Group Plc. (formerly Duna House Holding Plc.) began offering financial intermediation services in 2004. Alongside real estate brokerage, the sale of financial products was introduced as a new service.

  2. 2016Duna House goes international

    DH Group Plc. acquires Metrohouse Franchise, and with it Metrofinance.

  3. 2016DH Group goes public

    Since 2016, the Group’s shares have been listed in the Premium category of the Budapest Stock Exchange.

  4. 2018Acquisition in the Polish market

    In 2018, Metrohouse Franchise acquires a Polish financial intermediary and merges it into its existing operations.

  5. 2020Further acquisition in the Polish market

    In 2020, DH Group acquires another Polish credit broker and merges it into its existing operations.

  6. 2021Credipass joins DH Group

    Through a phased acquisition, DH Group takes over HGroup, the holding company that owns Credipass. With this step, the Group becomes the second-largest credit broker in Italy.

  7. 2022One brand, three countries

    DH Group decides to operate under a single brand across all its markets, and the Credipass name is extended to Poland and Hungary.

  8. 2026Preparing to enter the Spanish market

    DH Group Plc. has signed an agreement to gradually acquire the donpiso real estate network and to establish a joint venture through which Credipass will launch its financial intermediation services in Spain. Operations are expected to begin before the end of 2026, once the licensing process has been completed.

  9. 2026Credipass Germany: joint venture with RE/MAX

    DH Group Plc. and RE/MAX Germany have agreed to establish a joint venture, through which the Credipass financial intermediation model will soon be available in Germany, its fifth European market.
