Complaints may be submitted in person, by phone, by post, by fax or by e-mail. Complaints are investigated free of charge. CREDIPASS Kft. responds to written complaints, and to oral complaints recorded in minutes, within 30 calendar days of receipt.

If a complaint is rejected, or if the response deadline passes without a reply, the consumer may, depending on the nature of the matter, turn to the Magyar Nemzeti Bank, the Financial Arbitration Board or a court.
